Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of UpsiderPro (the “Service”), provided by Federico Ciccarese. By using the Service or subscribing you agree to them.

The Service

UpsiderPro is a software tool that estimates where a charter fleet may be leaving profit on the table and suggests actions. You use it for business purposes.

Estimates, not guarantees

Results are estimates based on the numbers you enter and general models. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice and we do not guarantee any result. Business decisions remain yours.

Plans, billing and cancellation

• The monthly plan is $399 per month and the annual plan is $4,788 per year, billed in advance through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and may exclude applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Billing in the app; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
• If you were offered a free trial, you will not be charged before the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost.

30-day money-back

If your first 30 days do not surface at least $4,788 a year in recoverable profit, email hello@upsiderpro.com within that period and we will refund you in full.

Your data

You own the data you enter. You give us permission to process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it by writing to us.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload it, no resale or sharing of your login with other businesses.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service available but provide it “as is”, without warranties to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are handled by the courts of Pavia, Italy, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell customers by email before it applies.
